Job description

My client based in BS15/BS16 area are looking to employ a transport coordinator on a permanent basis.

The role will primarily be liaising with customers, hauliers, and the company’s own production department to ensure the business objectives and customer needs are met.

Duties will include

• Planning and reviewing order requirements.
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered on time.
• Liaising with customers to arrange delivery and resolve issues if an order hasn’t been fulfilled in time.
• Liaising with third party hauliers to arrange for collection and delivery.
• Keeping and updating KPI data.
• Administration of export goods.

The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 0830-1645

The annual salary is £26,000 - £28,000 dependent on experience.
