Position: Transport Clerk
Location: Livingston (EH54 8AS)
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Any 5 from 7, rotating day (6am - 2pm) and afternoon (2pm - 10pm) shift

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Carrying out driver briefings and debriefings
- Ensuring all drivers are legally compliant
- Liaising with drivers to communicate their rota's, routes and deal with any issues
- Communicating with vendors regarding collections
- Dealing with customer queries and delivery points regarding bookings

- Previous experience working within a transport environment is desirable
- Strong administration experience from working in a similar role
- IT Literate - with experience using Microsoft programs, such as Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
