WHO ARE WE?
15ten15 are currently recruiting for a market leader in the manufacture, supply and installation of engineered, aesthetically superior, state of the art / innovative deck boards.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
To ensure all transport movements undertaken are executed in an efficient manner, in line with company policies and adhering to latest H&S regulations.
You will review performance and costs, carry out KPI's and driver audits using telematics data, preventing accidents, and investigating infringements advisories & training gaps.
Communicate in a friendly and professional manner ensuring that customers, colleagues and third parties are left with a lasting positive impression of our transport and fleet support
Managing the Fleet and Transport inbox and answering and responding to all calls and queries in a prompt and polite manner following the relevant company guidelines.
Completing inbound/outbound paperwork promptly and accurately
Undertake driving license checks and processing fines and notices of intended prosecution, updating and logging on internal databases as appropriate
Assisting with logging road traffic accidents with insurers
Assisting the Vehicle Maintenance desk daily to manage all aspects of vehicles including services, MOTs, Road Tax amongst others, and to minimise vehicle downtime
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Formal management / supervisory qualifications plus
LGV1 driving licence.
CPC or willing to work towards
Ability to solve problems efficiently
Record and action any defects or breakdowns
