Here in GXO Warrington (WA1), we're working together with Iceland Foods and on the look-out for a Transport Administrator to join our fast-paced transport office. You'll be working on a full-time, basis, on a '4 on 4 off' pattern, covering the hours of 06:00-18:00. What you'll do on a typical day: Build and maintain a strong partnership with the transport functions and drivers to ensure regular communication is delivered Record details of vehicle accidents and ensure these are escalated to line management Drivers brief and de-briefing as well as data entry of statistics, customer reports and KPI'S Respond to customer queries in timely and professional manner What you need to succeed at GXO: Previous experience in transport environment essential Knowledge of transport legislation and European Working Time Directive as well as Tachomaster Working with Food Safety standard experience preferred but not essential IT Literate, with excellent Word and Excel capabilities We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
