Job description

At ARR Craib Ltd, we have a vacancy for a Transport Administrator based at our Aberdeen Depot.

The position of Transport Administrator involves:
  • Working with the Customer Service Team to ensure deliveries are scheduled as per customer requirements.
  • Working with the Customer Service Team in the event delays or issues are encountered to ensure good communication with the customer.
  • Instructing, managing and de-briefing drivers.
  • Ensuring that vehicle activity is planned in the most efficient manner.
  • Meeting daily and weekly revenue targets per shift per vehicle.
  • Working closely with the Transport Manager and colleagues to deliver an exceptional quality of service to customers.
  • Pricing and quoting customers.
