DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Transport Administration Clerk (Nights) to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
- M&S, Swindon
- £22,256
- Monday- Friday 10.00pm- 06.00am
- Manage/challenge Drivers hours
- Assist duty manager in smooth running of Transport office
- Brief/ De-brief drivers
- Answer any queries over the phone/email and face to face
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure delivery's are dispatched on time
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- Admin experience is essential
- Transport experience is desirable
- Good IT experience
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Happy to work night shifts
