Position: Transport Admin Clerk
Location: Wakefield
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: 4 on, 4 off shift. 10.5 hour shifts, starting between 4am and 6am

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

• Briefing and de-briefing drivers
• Preparing delivery paperwork and POD's
• Dealing with driver and customer queries over the phone and email
• Admin and reporting, using Tachomaster, Excel and Microlise
• Ensuring that the Transport Filing system is maintained

• An excellent communicator both over the phone and through email
• Strong IT skills - previous experience using Excel would be advantageous
• Experience working within a Transport role previously is desirable but not essential
• Organised with the ability to manage your own time
• A positive, can-do attitude
