As Transformation Lead within Everyday Banking Operations, you’ll be responsible for developing, planning, leading & supporting multiple projects from concept to implementation.
You’ll play a key role, establishing excellent working relationships with a range of stakeholders, operating cross functionally prioritising your workload to meet a number of medium term objectives.

The difference you’ll make.
- Preparing project plans, operational cost/benefits analysis and As-Is / To-be process impacts.
- Documenting, managing and escalating actions, issues and risks.
- Working with the Everyday Banking Operations areas and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the bank. Influencing, challenging and discussing at all levels including senior stakeholders.
- Managing indirectly of colleagues when leading projects / initiatives, ensuring team members are contributing effectively.
- Delivering cost/benefit analysis to support investment appraisal.
What you’ll bring.
- Experience contributing to the delivery of improvements, initiatives, changes or projects.
- Experience applying an organised and methodical approach to planning, prioritisation and documentation.
You will require the right to work in the UK (please see details below)
It would also be nice for you to have.
- Project Leadership experience and good understanding of project methodologies.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels.
- Well-developed problem solving, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Self-organisation and the capability to manage own workload across multiple initiatives covering a wide range of products/processes at any one time.

This full-time role can be located at either our Bradford or Teesside office.
