Transformation Business Analyst
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Analyst to join our team on a fixed-term contract for up to 12 months.
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing and evaluating business systems, understanding the needs and objectives of our business, and developing systems solutions to meet those needs. You will be expected to identify and document system requirements, analyse user needs, design solutions, and develop processes to support system implementation. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation, providing user training, and assisting with system maintenance and upgrades.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of business requirements, system design and development, and process mapping. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
