Job: Operations Primary Location: Europe & Americas-United Kingdom-London Schedule: Full-time Employee Status: Fixed Term Posting Date: 05/Oct/2023, 6:24:00 AM Unposting Date: Ongoing JOB SUMMARY Focus on the remediation and back reporting across multi regime delivery. Creating and maintaining a prioritised Back Reporting Backlog with the relevant stream POs, ensuring it is visible, transparent, and clear Ensure all artefacts and assurance deliverables, including the Initial Release Plan and other associated mandatory milestones and tracking and reporting delivery against the Initial Release Plan Ensuring the Agile Delivery Team members understand control items in the Product Backlogs to the level needed and leverage the wider scrum or scrum and cross streams forums Communicating remediation progress outside the core Agile Delivery Team to key stakeholders Ensuring back reporting deliverables are of the desired quality and have appropriate endorsements/ sign-offs Leading preparation of regulatory communications as regards back reporting initiatives RESPONSIBILITIES For an Agile Deliveries, the TR remediationl Product Owner is responsible for maximising the business value of the product resulting from work done by the transformation teams. Working with the SPO towards successful delivery of the back reporting initiative for Mifid II, EMiR & CFTC/SEC. Candidates should have, at a minimum, a strong broad understanding of Trade and Transaction Reporting regulations and the back reporting requirements under these regimes. Candidates will have knowledge of a range of financial products (e.g. Bonds, Equities, FX, Derivatives) and processes from end to end of financial operations. Candidates should have experience of Regulatory Reporting Back Reporting within SCB or similar Banks. Prior experience in Internal Audit, Quality Assurance, or other Risk Management / testing functions preferred. Candidates will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people (cross border global teams). Candidates will also have excellent business and technical analytical skills and high-level problem-solving skills.
