Training Support Administrator
Rench Farm, Drumclog
This role reports directly to the Office Manager, in whose absence the Training Director. The key responsibilities of the role are detailed below.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Supporting training co-ordinators with administration processes
- Issuing of competence cards and certificates
- Uploading results to awarding bodies
- Maintenance and updating of Competence Management System
- Submission of CITB ATO training claims
- Filing & Archiving
- Ordering stationery
Skills required:
- Highly organised with ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular use of Excel
- Accurate with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and work on own initiative
- Positive Attitude
- Reliable and Dependable
- Sense of humour
