- Job Title: Training Coordinator
- Salary: Level 7 £18,650 - £21,249 (ncluding local weighting and prorated from £37,300 - £42,498 for part time)
- Hours: Part time 18.5 hours per week
- Contract: Permanent
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Training Coordinator within our Independent Fostering Agency (IFA)!
As our Training Coordinator, you’ll be providing learning and development support to our Foster carers, leading on the training programme to support staff to deliver training to our carers, and overseeing all planned training. You’ll also need to identify any training gaps within the service and develop a strategy to meet those needs.
You’ll be qualified to degree level, have professional experience of adoption or fostering, and have experience of analysing training needs and the subsequent design and delivery of training programmes.
