Training Coordinator
£30,000- £35,000
City-based (Hybrid)
Our client is a well-established membership association in the financial sector. They are looking for an experienced training administrator or L&D coordinator to work on their flagship courses and ensure smooth delivery, travelling around London and some overnight stays within the UK.
The role will involve liaising with the venue, arranging trainers and speakers for the courses, and ensuring logistics are confirmed and rooms are set up with catering and AV requirements.
You will manage the delegates, correspond pre and post-course with all the documentation and ensure the CRM is updated with the relevant contacts and survey results.
The training coordinator will verbally report on the status of courses including delegate ratios in team meetings. You will liaise with bookings requested via telephone, event and training or personal inboxes, ensuring terms and conditions are adhered to and maintaining records of attendee numbers and sales in CRM, and relevant spreadsheets.
