About VWFS and the role
We are on an exciting journey and are looking for a Training Content Designer to join our evolving Customer Operations team. This is a newly created role that will design and maintain customer-centric training materials for colleagues across the Customer Operations department, providing bespoke interactive experiences for technical, process and soft skills training.
You will be responsible for designing high-quality training materials on regulatory topics and documenting changes to systems, processes and / or procedures to operational colleagues.
The ideal person will be passionate and enjoy designing training resources for 300+ contact centre colleagues and outsourced partners and have a creative flare to produce engaging training materials.
This is what you will be doing:
- Design and maintain a range of engaging training materials to meet the strategic direction and regulatory objectives
- Create and design engaging training content that meets the standards of the Training Framework and Training & Competency Policy for frontline colleagues across all customer operations departments.
- Design, review and regularly assess the effectiveness of training materials based on changes in FCA guidance
- Maintain the customer operations catalogue of Training and knowledge retention materials across all platforms
- Work alongside a team of specialist Training Consultants and key stakeholders to understand core Training objectives
- Facilitate regular reviews with operational colleagues and the Quality Assurance teams to ensure all materials are current and in line with policies and procedures
- Measure and review Training outputs to assess the effectiveness
- Become the SME for all operational training processes by spending time within the various department
- Support the effective delivery of the Training & Competency plan by creating engaging materials
- Manage various key stakeholders by ensuring materials meet their requirements and support effective delivery.
- Organise and maintain logistics and materials of training schedules, session plans and meeting room bookings to ensure delegate-centric seamless training delivery.
These are the skills and experience you can bring to the role:
- Proven Training and design experience ideally within a commercial or financial services environment
- Senior stakeholder management experience
- Proven experience of delivering and designing engaging training materials
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to communicate professional and effectively
- Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Customer focused attitude essential
- Proactive and flexible: able to react appropriately and effectively to changing circumstances and demands
- Experience within the Financial Services and/or relevant Automotive sector(s), or alternatively, experience of operating in B2C environments (desirable)
