We require a Training Centre Administrator to join our busy and expanding team.
Joining a busy team of three you will be responsible for dealing with customer enquiries, booking training course by telephone, email and face to face. The role involves great organisational and customer service skills.
Your role will include but not restricted to:
- Advising Customers by email and telephone regarding relevant training courses and course pre-requisites
- Taking bookings for all training courses by telephone, email and web
- Organising and arranging onsite courses
- Using Company accounts system
- Printing Course Notes
- Ensuring Training Centre is clean and tidy at all times
- Assisting instructors and sending all relevant course notes prior to the course commencement
- Photocopying
- Issuing certificates
- Uploading, downloading exams and contacting delegates with results
- Providing additional administrational support as required
A large part of your time will involve working within a team and also on your own initiative.
We are ideally looking for someone who is / has:
- Previous Customer Service Experience in a Training Centre Environment
- Has previously used City & Guilds enrolment system
- Knowledgeable in word, excel and outlook
- Customer focused and gives great service.
- Adaptable with a keen eye for detail.
Hours are Monday – Thursday 8:30am to 5pm and Friday 08:30 to 4pm. Weekends and Bank Holidays off, with shutdown over the Christmas break.
