Training Assistant role available at FM Conway!
FM Conway is currently seeking an organised and proactive Training Assistant to join our in-house Learning and Development team. The role is full time, permanent and will be based from our Sevenoaks head office. Our Sevenoaks office boasts a staff restaurant, free parking and an on-site gym which is free to FM Conway employees.
The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high quality training solutions across the business. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and coordinating suitable training courses to supply employees with the right knowledge, qualifications, and compliance to remain safe and focused when working.
We are looking for applications from organised, customer focused individuals who have strong attention to detail. It would be beneficial if you had previous experience in a training role or within the construction industry, but this isn’t essential.

The Training Assistant role
- Scheduling, coordinating, developing and maintaining all training courses and programmes
- Developing, implementing, administering and maintaining a training management system
- Coordinating the renewal/ refresher of training requirements
- Completing regular reviews and producing reports on training programmes and performance
- Assisting with events and open days for apprentices, graduates, work experience and other work placement programmes, as well as other company initiatives

We are looking for candidates who have excellent verbal and written communication, you will be a team player who is capable of working in a busy environment with demanding deadlines.
