Our expanding company, providing rental contracts to low-income consumers throughout the UK, has a rewarding opportunity for an experienced, skilled, and personable Training and HR Administrator. As we continue to grow, we require someone to help us maintain our high standards of staff training and HR practices.
Role Summary:
The Training and HR Administrator will be responsible for designing, conducting, and managing new starter inductions, refresher training for team members, as well as creating and maintaining process and training documents. This role also includes some HR responsibilities, such as supporting the onboarding paperwork and conducting annual risk assessment checks.
This position is fully remote and requires someone with exceptional knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with computer-based training programs is advantageous, and a solid understanding of customer service and collections activities will be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, conduct and manage comprehensive training programs for new hires and refresher courses for existing staff.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date process and training documents to facilitate efficient learning and operations.
- Assist in HR administration tasks such as onboarding paperwork and annual risk assessment checks.
- Collaborate with management to identify company training needs and gaps in existing training content.
- Provide insight and recommendations for improving customer service and collections activities based on training feedback and personal expertise.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role involving training and HR administration is essential.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with computer-based training programs is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of customer service and collections activities, ideally within the context of low-income consumers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote working environment.
