Python Developer / Software Engineer London / WFH to £100k
Do you have expertise with Python and a data centric mindset?
You could be progressing your career in a senior, hands-on role at a global FinTech solutions provider as they expand their UK presence.

Your role:
As a Python Developer you will prototype and develop new features, analytics and enhancements to the core SaaS trading platform with a focus on improving backend infrastructures, optimising platform performance and ensuring scalability.
You'll see your work go live rapidly from idea to prototype to build and release, collaborate with other senior engineers to make the technical choices and will own parts of the build and architecture.

WFH Policy:
Following a remote interview process you'll join colleagues in the London, City office 2 days a week with flexibility to work from home the other 3 days.

Requirements:
You have advanced Python development skills including backend development experience
You have a logical mindset with a passion for problem solving
You're collaborative, keen to learn and share knowledge with others
You have a good understanding of distributed systems
You have experience with SQLAlchemy and Data Modelling techniques
You're degree educated, 2.1 or above gained in Computer Science or similar technical / scientific / numerate discipline
Software stack still includes RabbitMQ, MySQL, Docker, AWS, Linux, Gitlab, ElasticSearch - experience with any of these advantageous
