Responsibilities:
- Seeking nominations for individuals to attend courses
- Provide first level support to course participants and timely escalation to the appropriate stakeholder when necessary
- Process course enrolments within the Learning Management System
- Report on course statistics
- Support the financial management of the portfolio in the form of entering costs against relevant projects within our internal finance system to enable recharging of costs to course participant's business
- Create project codes within our finance system
- Request / generate purchase orders for relevant training and associated materials
- Process course participant certificates
- Liaise with external vendors.
