Training Administrator
Altta Group is an award winning, Peterborough based training provider, who deliver both in centre and on-site training to a diverse client base
Offering a wide variety of training including: Forklift, IOSH Health and Safety, First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, Management CPC, ADR, Driver CPC and much more.
We are looking for an experienced Training Administrator to join our team as soon as possible. This is a pivotal role in a small yet busy office, you will be a team player with great communication skills.
Your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Engage with customers, suppliers & training planners to ensure HSE compliance
- Liaising with customers to determine and meet their training requirements
- Liaising with accrediting bodies regarding centre & instructor accreditation
- Maintaining validity of instructor qualifications ensuring they are cross checked for expiry and arranging training for expiring/expired qualifications
- Diary and resource management
- Answering incoming telephone calls and email queries
- Management of the office filing systems including creating and maintaining well organised electronic or hard copy files
- Keeping database records and information up to date
- Scanning and filing of documents to company databases
- Organising the instructor paperwork for each course
- Processing candidate test results via the relevant awarding body portals and issuing certification
- Registering candidates for the correct examinations
- Requesting PO’s, raising invoices and issuing course joining instructions
- Other general administrative duties as reasonably required
The skills and experience you will need to have:
- Proven organisation and planning skills; ability to prioritise workload
- Ability to multi-task whilst maintaining a high attention to detail
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Sage would be advantageous
- Strong administrative experience in a customer service role
- Self-motivated and willing to take initiative
- A positive team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £19,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
