Let’s take it on

As a Trainer in Next Furniture Manufacturing you will be responsible for delivering operational training to the new and current production and support teams..

This is a cross-functional role and we ask that you are always willing to pick up new skills. Alongside supporting the current team to upskill, you will be responsible for providing the training for new starters and other staff at various levels, sharing your expertise and knowledge.

As a good communicator with a great attitude, you will identify skills gaps within the team and ensure that their training plans are updated.

To be successful as a Skilled Trainer within NFM, you will need to have a high level of understanding of either Woodmill, Machinery or Frame Assembly and be passionate about driving Next Furniture Manufacturing forward.
