Job description
Part Time Training Moderator needed for a workforce development program serving the Richmond, Virginia area youth. The Training Coordinator helps link program participants to appropriate support services, training opportunities, work experience and other resources. Develops common methods, procedures, and systems to support learning initiatives and maintains records. Evaluates and measures the effectiveness of training and development programs. Visits training providers for quality assurance and site monitoring. Assists in the development of collaborative working partnerships with the training community. Will also assist with assessments, enrollment process and conducting orientations and workshops both in person and virtually. May assist with outreach and recruitment activities as needed. Must have excellent communication skills and maintain accurate records for program participants and ensure they have the necessary resources. Program is goal oriented and focused on helping participants connect to employment or training opportunities. BA/BS year degree preferred, and local travel required.
