CB Client Onboarding – Card Product Implementation Assoc

Role Summary:

The Commercial Banking Client On-boarding (CBCO) Implementations group is responsible for driving and coordinating all aspects of the setup of bank products and services for new and existing Commercial Bank clients including the training of our clients in their card management portal.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for training clients on our Commercial Card internet platforms, mostly via ,phone/Zoom and potentially on site
  • Accountable for delivering webinars with multiple clients and 1:1 training sessions with specific clients
  • Responsible for managing training projects from creation through delivery with on-going check points to determine future needs
  • Conduct demos for prospects and/or existing clients
  • Develop new training initiatives for internal and external clients based on the goals and objectives of the Commercial Card organization
  • Responsible for training Commercial Card clients on all product offerings including Commercial Card industry knowledge

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • Commercial Card knowledge/experience
  • Knowledge of Smartdata and PaymentNet platforms is a plus
  • At least 3 years’ experience in training clients
  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience
  • Superior interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to deliver programs and present to both large and small audiences
  • Analytical thinking/decision making
  • Strong, innovative problem solver
  • Experience training internal and external customers
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and facilitation technique
  • Client focused orientation: excellent client management/relationship management skills
  • Resilience in a constantly changing environment: flexible & adaptable
  • Excellent partnering skills yet can work independently
  • Some travel may be required to occasionally work and consult with clients
