- Salary: ££12.50 - 12.50 per hour
- Learning various jobs and tasks of various departments to be able to train new team members (Eager to learn new things and understand the inner workings of the business)
- Training newstarters on basic and essential WI’s, ensuring a high standard of health and safety is observed by the person (Good interpersonal and Spoken English skills)
- Training team members team on requested or new WI’s
- Assessing and signing off team members already trained on the jobs
- Using training matrix to identify necessary trainings and recording training progress (Proactive, Planning)
- Writing new work instructions or adding extra information to existing ones to outline process changes or improvements to health and safety. (Good written English)
- Working closely with other trainers, H&S, Office Management, MHE trainers and Leadership teams to continuously improve Tetrosyl’s working environment, improving safety and efficiency. (Team work, drive for improvement, H&S awareness, Interpersonal Skill)
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required by the business
