Avanti Aesthetics Academy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facial Aesthetic Injector/Trainer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of trainers at Avanti Aesthetics Academy, ensuring the delivery of exceptional training and education to practitioners in the aesthetics industry.
Perform advanced facial aesthetic injections, including but not limited to dermal fillers, Botulinum Toxin, and other injectables with precision and artistry in our clinic and academy.
Conduct thorough consultations with patients to understand their aesthetic goals, discuss treatment options, and create personalized treatment plans.
Maintain a high level of proficiency in the latest injection techniques and stay up to date on industry trends and advancements.
Demonstrate and train other practitioners in delivering treatments, adhering to our safety protocols, and ethical standards.
Develop and conduct comprehensive training programs for beginners and advanced practitioners to enhance their knowledge and expertise in facial aesthetics.
Provide ongoing support, mentorship, and feedback to our trainers and delegates to ensure their continuous growth and improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create educational materials, webinars, and other content related to facial aesthetics.
Participate in conferences, workshops, and other industry events to represent the company and expand professional networks.
Requirements:
Valid and active professional registration as a Doctor, Dentist, or Medical Nurse (preferably with a Nurse Prescriber Qualification).
Proven certification and experience as a Facial Aesthetic Injector with a substantial portfolio showcasing successful treatments.
Experience as a trainer or educator in the aesthetic field is required.
In-depth knowledge of facial anatomy, injection techniques, and product selection.
Strong passion for aesthetics and a keen eye for detail and symmetry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and interact with diverse learners.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and treatment modalities in the ever-evolving aesthetic industry.
Dedication to maintaining the highest standards of patient care, safety, and ethical conduct.
Experience:
Aesthetic training: minimum 3 years (required)
