Job description
Are you an experienced HR Trainer and Facilitator who’s passionate about delivering successful training and development solutions across a range of audiences and sectors?
To support the growth of our HR Consultancy division at WorkNest we’re looking for an experienced and engaging HR Training and Facilitator to join our friendly team to develop and deliver training on a wide range of HR, employment law and organisational development topics.

This role is integral in helping us meet our growing customer demand in designing and delivering a comprehensive range of training services.
You’ll play an important role in expanding our geographical reach joining a highly customer focused team providing first class solutions to our varied client base – mainly SME in commercial, public and not for profit sectors.
What you’ll be doing
As Trainer and Facilitator you’ll use your extensive knowledge of employment law and HR and people management experience, to deliver a portfolio of training courses such as HR essentials, Managing Performance, Managing sickness absence, Disciplinary and Grievances, Effective recruitment, Equality Diversity and Inclusion, Conflict Management, Mental health and well-being at work.
You’ll also design and deliver bespoke programmes and workshops that meet the specific needs of the client, which will be engaging and inclusive using innovative methods to reach a wide-range of audiences.
You will work to identify specific team development needs using skills assessments and training needs analysis that will allow you to develop training programmes that bring long-term value to our clients.
Where you’ll be working
This is a mainly remote role, which will include delivering online training from home as well as on site at our regional offices or clients venues mainly across Midlands/North of England or London/South of England. The role therefore includes regular travel and from time to time, overnight stays.
