Job description
Due to continued expansion we are looking to add to our full-time welding staff and have an opportunity for a motivated, hard working person to learn a trade with us. No experience is necessary but experience in a busy workshop setting or having an engineering/fabricating interest would be a bonus.
We are a specialist fabrication and welding company with a proven track record of bringing people from trainee to experienced welder in an industry that continues to grow and provide employment opportunities nationwide.
Expert training from our welding supervisors will be available at all times and follow a well proven path to learning a new skill, or improving an existing one.
The ideal candidate will:
Be motivated to learn a new skill and develop that skill under supervision.
Be aware of the need to learn and adhere to the specific health and safety concerns of the job.
Be willing to listen, learn and ask questions.
Be willing to assist the team in all workshop jobs as required.
Be keen, hard working and have a positive attitude.
Plan long term to develop into an important production welder and key member of our welding team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.50-£11.00 per hour
