Job description
Train to :
- Assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Provide recommendations and advice on destinations, attractions, and activities based on client preferences and budget.
- Research and gather information on travel options, such as flight schedules, hotel availability.
- Make reservations and confirm bookings with airlines, hotels, and other travel providers.
- Process payments.
- Handle any changes or cancellations to travel plans, ensuring that clients are informed and alternative arrangements are made when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.

- Strong knowledge of various travel destinations, attractions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple bookings and itineraries.
- Proficient in using computer reservation systems or travel booking platforms.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
