Social Comms UK is now looking to hire to support them as they continue to grow in 2023.
This is a remote role and as such, this is suitable for anyone that has the right to work in the UK.

At Social Comms UK, no two days are the same.
A typical day will involve:
- Taking customer support calls from our client base of 70+ companies
- Triaging level one support tickets
- Raising tickets with suppliers and liaising with them
- Remotely configuring customer’s systems
- Booking in installs with customers
- Ensuring the CRM is up to date with customer information and support ticket information
Our perfect candidate for this role will be:
- A confident communicator over the phone and via virtual calls, able to relay technical information in a methodical and easy to understand manner
- An individual with a preference for being self-sufficient, able to manage own workload and is happy to work remotely
- Willing and able to learn new skills, is passionate about development
Clearly an interest in technology and telecoms will be an advantage for you as you’ll be immersed in tech day in / day out!
This is a remote role. The team work remotely coming together a few times a year in person in Huddersfield, but daily over the virtual screen!
