Trainee Telecoms Engineer Stevenage, England
Job description
We are looking for an ambitious person, who is willing to join a hardworking, fun loving team of telecom engineers.
The Role:
As trainee you will be partnered with a fully qualified engineer who will act as a mentor during your training period. You will learn about the products we supply and how to configure and install them. There will be a mixture of manuafacturer training and learning on the job. Your time will be split between our office in Stevenage and customer sites around London and the Home Counties.
Day to day basis, you will
Training on the products and services we provide.
Learning how to configure and install various types of equipment.
Accompanying other engineers on site visits.
Undertake training and development skills
Preferred Requirements:
Basic ICT knowledge
Driving license
Enjoy working with your hands to complete physical tasks.
An ability to understand how things work and fault finding.
Good customer service skills and polite manner
Desire to learn and improve
Willingness to work in a busy, rapidly growing business.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Salary: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
