*OTE £32-35k with productivity bonus following training period*
Trainee Telecoms Blockage Clearance & Cabling Engineer.
No experience is required as we will provide full training, would suit candidates with previous experience within labouring roles, and a love of working outdoors.
Permanent Full-time Position. PAYE. Basic Salary whilst training - £27k
Upon successful completion of your training which generally takes 4-6 months, you will receive an initial basic pay rise to £30k, and be entitled to a weekly productivity bonus scheme with average earnings of circa £35k per annum including basic pay.
20 days holiday increasing to 25 through length of service. Plus Bank Holidays.
Based from Poole as part of a 2 person team, you will be working an area covering Poole/Bournemouth & surrounding areas, with also travel to Southampton, Salisbury and Andover areas as required to provide cover.
The role involves carrying out minor excavation works to clear and repair blockages on telecoms networks to a high standard meeting all relevant specifications. This is physical work, out in all weathers, please only apply if you enjoy working outdoors.
A full driving license is absolutely essential.
