We are expanding our IT department and have a number of exciting roles available in our Applications team based at Exeter or Plymouth.

If you are an aspiring IT professional who relishes a challenge then this could be for you! As part of our hybrid working approach and in line with our policy, this role allows you to apply for a mix of office and home working. Hybrid working can only be considered once your initial training is complete and subject to business need.

Main Responsibilities

This is an opportunity to make a real difference working individually and collaboratively alongside experienced team members, fulfilling tasks spanning all aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). In an always learning environment you will collaborate with other teams and problem solve by coming up with creative solutions to requirements before transforming into functional elements. Following successful completion of your training you will be appointed to the salary range £44,367 to £49,522.

The Ideal Candidate

You will have an IT related degree (or equivalent) or have related practical experience and looking to build a career in the industry.

You will be highly self-motivated, with a desire or ability to build and support application development projects through to a successful completion and be able to demonstrate that you have the necessary developer aptitude, motivation and skills to make a success of this opportunity.
