As a trainee sleep coach, you’ll work alongside other sleep coaches providing personalised support to the people who use Sleepstation.
Sleep plays a vital role in good health and wellbeing throughout your life. We believe that no-one should have live with curable conditions, like insomnia and we are working to ensure that no-one is left to tackle these problems alone.
While a background in healthcare or support would be preferred, it is not essential as full training will be provided. Our personalised support is what sets Sleepstation apart, and you’ll be directly making a difference in this role.

Why join the Sleepstation team
We work with purpose
We value impact over activity. You won’t see us focus on the time spent on a task, we aren’t pre-occupied with being busy, we’re focused on being effective.
We’re improving lives
The positive change that we make to the lives of the individuals that we support is what drives us. We share credit and acknowledge the work of others in delivering our impact, when you experience this every day you’ll find it drives you too.
We stay balanced
We make time for the things and people we love. Workaholics aren't heroes here. We don’t expect you to spend your life at your desk. While we have our core hours, you’re free to pick the days you work. Most of the team enjoys a 4 day concentrated week and everyone enjoys a very generous holiday package. We’re remote-first but we also have an office in Newcastle-upon-Tyne where we meet to collaborate and socialise.
We care and we listen
We are positive. We don’t complain about what’s gone wrong, we work to put it right, together. We treat people equally and we value each other’s opinion. Be willing to challenge and be prepared to be challenged.
We put people first
We’ve created a workplace that we’re proud to work in; our people-first mentality is there to see in what we do and how we do it, every single day.
There are no “top dogs” here
We work together openly and honestly, with respect for others. We appreciate the individual and we invest in your wellbeing. We’ll celebrate with you through the highs and we support each other through the lows.
We’re here to share success
We’re only going to reach our goals through real team effort and we’re committed to rewarding input, loyalty and impact. We’ve already achieved a lot, but there’s so much more we could do together.
