Job description
The much loved URBAN burgers are soon becoming available at the new Del Piero's URBAN drive thru, located at the former Del Piero's pop-up drive thru which offered coffee and sweet treats.
The new and muchly anticipated concept will open this month and will offer some of Del Piero's URBANs best selling items such as the URBAN double, Crispy Chicken Fillet, Waffle fries and ChiKN gravy.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, a track record of successful management, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
-Have strict control of performance and KPI's – Sales, labour costs and wastage.
-Lead, train, motivate and maintain a focused, reliable & hardworking team.
-Ensure all aspects of food safety and health and safety are adhered to.
-Be responsible for every aspect of the daily operation of a Del Piero’s shop/kiosk.
-Provide consistent excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
-Control area's such as staff rotas, ordering, stock checks, preparing cash lodgements.
-Be extremely organised, able to make robust judgements and prioritise.
