As a Trainee Site Manager you will be responsible for:
- Ensure Quality Control records are maintained on BIM360
- Assist the site team in ensuring all works are undertaken safely in compliance with the company RMS H&S policies and procedures
- Assist the site team in ensuring works are suitably planned and monitored against the construction programme
- Assist the site team in co-ordinating works on site
- Maintaining site records and diaries on BIM360
- Ensure required safety documentation is received from SCPs
- Keeping safety/scaffold/plant register up to date
- HNC/HND/Bsc (Hons) (or currently working towards or prepared to)
- Complimentary relevant experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Methodical approach
- Numerate
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate
- Willingness to learn
As a Trainee Site Manager we understand this may be one of your first roles so we’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in Site Management. Experience within this sector would be great however if you can demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative and demonstrate a methodical approach with excellent written and verbal communications skills this could be the role for you. We will support you through your Traineeship to develop and progress in your chosen career path.
