We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator who will assist in implementing our clients’ strategic marketing plan on directives from the Marketing Account Managers. You will regularly handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines. This will include but is not limited to writing captions for monthly social media content, managing the development of landing pages, outsourcing blogs, and submitting requisition forms to assigned Creative
Managers.
The Marketing Coordinator will be part of a dynamic team, reporting to our Director of
Operations. This team works as a unit to deliver the best experience for our clients. We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys sharing ideas and thinking outside the box.
A large percentage of your work will be project-based and will benefit from an organized, proactive work method. To be successful in this role, you will need to be comfortable working independently and self-motivated. This position is home-based. Established strong writing, verbal communication, and organizational skills are required. Industry experience is not necessary.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Writing captions for monthly social media promotional calendars
- Submit requisitions for custom landing pages and service area pages.
- Outsource and edit blogs given to freelance blog writers.
- Manage promotional calendars for core clients.
- Create Google shaded maps for our web developer to include on our clients’ websites as needed.
- Project manage the completion of various website updates for clients.
- Collaborate with the creative managers to produce promotional materials
- Undertake administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Project management experience and time management skills required for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility
- Lots of enthusiasm
- Experience web page development is helpful
- Experience in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Google Workspace is a plus
- Knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Facebook
Reviews, and Google Business Profile is preferred.
- Experience with WordPress blogs is preferred.
