The position we are advertising is based on site, as part of a team installing our Garden Rooms.
Job Description
We are always on the lookout for new talent and an excellent opportunity has become available for a Trainee Site Fitter to join our friendly team. We are seeking an individual who lives in or close to the Tadley area in order to make van sharing logistics as easy as possible for everyone.
We want someone who is keen to learn and progress within this role and who will take pride in their work, ensuring our very high-quality standards are achieved whilst meeting scheduling deadlines. Prior experience is not essential as full training will be provided by our experienced fitting team.

Main Duties Include:
- Working alongside our experienced fitting team installing garden room structures all over the UK (and sometimes abroad)
- Setting up steels & framework
- 1st fix joinery with the occasional 2nd fix
- Maintaining good standards of onsite Health & Safety
- Carrying out aftercare visits when required
- Ensuring sites are left tidy
- Quality checking of finished products
- Assisting with the loading & unloading of lorries
- Other general duties
Requirements:
- An excellent work ethic with a desire to learn and progress
- Responsible, dependable & conscientious individual (The right attitude is key)
Hours of Work
- 7.30 am to 16:00pm on site Monday to Friday
