Job Title: Trainee Service Desk Analyst (P1208)
Salary: £25,159 up to £27,508 inclusive annual salary+ up to 19.7% employer pension contribution
Contract: Permanent
Post: Full-time (37 hours/week)
Location: Flexible working options including hybrid
Annual Leave: 26.5 days, plus public bank holidays

As a Trainee Service Desk Analyst, you will provide first line IT support and customer service for our employees. In this role, you will receive training on:
managing straight forward incidents, requests, and problems, ensuring that IT issues are recorded appropriately to support IT data statistics.- how to create and disable user accounts
- how to install/reinstall software and to resolve/assist in the resolution of faults
Requirements:
- The ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with challenging internal customers and excellent listening skills.
- Good technical knowledge of Microsoft Office and Exchange administration and Active Directory
- Ability to work to standards such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library
- Educated to ‘A’ Level standard or equivalent or IT related degree qualification is desirable
- A full clean UK driving license and access to a motorcar (role requires occasional travel to sites)
You will share a rota of one week in the office and one week working from home on an alternating basis.
