Trainee Screen Printer Northampton

Avaliable Job Today Working in our busy production unit in Overstone for 37.5 hours per week plus overtime, as required by our production schedule. Full training will be provided on all aspects of garment screen printing, to include screen making and reclaiming, screen printing, and packing/dispatching orders. With a view to ultimately working independently overseeing the screen printing section producing high quality prints on time.
Working in an efficient, clean and tidy manner, the successful applicant will eventually be responsible for overseeing the entire screen printing section in a busy and thriving garment printing company. We print and embroider a wide variety of jobs from small and mid-sized runs, to large bulk orders. Good communication skills are key to working within this small team to ensure that excellent quality and service levels are maintained.
In addition, further training will be provided in our DTG/DTF, and embroidery sections to allow for assistance during busy periods, and cover for annual leave or sick leave etc.
Salary starting at £10.50 per hour, increasing with experience and ability.
Holiday 20 days plus bank holidays plus birthday.
