Role Overview

In this role, you will be supporting our new business teams, handling inbound and outbound calls and providing quality support to brokers. You will build relationships and support the Health Care Consultants managing our New Business portfolios making your own contribution to our culture of outstanding performance.

What you’ll do

  • Provide quality broker service to potential customers and clients in line with Bupa standards and reputation, and make sure telephony activity requirements are achieved.

  • Take ownership of broker queries, identify, and understand their needs and resolve them appropriately

  • Engage with brokers and work with peers and colleagues across Bupa to draw upon all available resources and make use of these to provide the highest quality service possible.

What you’ll bring

  • Previous experience within a customer service environment with excellent customer service skills

  • Enthusiasm and desire to learn and understand Bupa products and policies, and understanding of the importance of working ethically and compliantly in a regulated environment

  • An empathetic and sensitive approach whilst having engaging stakeholder management and effective relationship-building skills

  • Excellent standard of written communication

  • You will be a collaborative team player with the ability to take ownership of queries to resolution by using outstanding communication skills, with a consultative, credible manner
