Due to this, we are chosen by the market leading companies to fulfil their recruitment needs. A fantastic opportunity has risen for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our ever growing team.
The Role:
Specialising in the recruitment of sales professionals nationwide
Winning new business
Proactively sourcing candidates
Interviewing Candidates
Matching Candidates with Client Vacancies
Selling Jobs
Prepping and Priming your Candidates
Achieving weekly and monthly targets
You:
Ideally you will come from a sales, telesales, account management background and have a strong and tenacious attitude and the ability to thrive in a sales and recruitment environment. We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic individuals with the drive to succeed and develop.
The Package:
A very competitive basic with uncapped earning commission, monthly and yearly incentives from vouchers to IPads to weekends away and on going training and development.
You will be working with a team experienced team of consultants and we will support and develop you to the best of your ability.
