Entry-Level Recruitment consultant
g2 Recruitment are an award winning recruitment agency, known for the impact we have on the European Tech/IT markets and the UK Public Sector. We are a multi-national business, with 9 offices across the UK and Europe, with no intentions of stopping our growth here.
G2 Swansea are looking to expand, the office are currently thriving in the UK Engineering markets and are on the search for ambitious, confident and driven individuals to come and join the team. We specialise in onboarding both graduates and non-graduates, so whether you are now finished with uni and looking for post grad roles, or simply looking for a career change and considering recruitment, then get in touch and apply!
We are organically grown here at g2, meaning we hire consultants to join us from the entry level, so don’t worry, you don’t need any experience! We also have positions on our Trainee Recruitment Consultant program across our UK offices in Manchester, Birmingham, Nottingham, London, Reading, Cardiff, Bristol and Leeds. We have also just opened a brand new EU office, in Munich, if you have thought about making the move over to a completely new country!

The role
As a 360-recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process. From building relationships with hiring companies and making connections with clients, to communicating with and managing the expectations of potential candidates who are looking for their next role. You will be supplying clients across the UK Engineering sectors with the best talent the market has to offer by building relationships and selling your services as a recruiter!
