Responsibilities of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant include:
- Candidate sourcing for specific roles
- Preparation of CVs and maintaining contact with the candidate throughout the process
- Creation and distribution of relevant material and job ads to help brand development
- Networking – improving candidate relationships
All of which will be trained and developed over your first 6-9 months in the business!
What you need to be a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Good energy and a great work ethic
- Motivated, proactive and keen to learn new things
- A desire to build a successful career
- Confident, financially driven and ambitious
- Preferably Degree educated from a recognised university
