We are hiring Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join one of our clients!

Our client is a recruitment business in Construction, Industrial, Hospitality and Public Sector.
They are a team of 15 and looking to hire trainee consultants into the team. There are lots of live roles to work on and you will be sourcing and hunting for candidates. You will also receive sales training so you can build your career in recruitment and win your own clients.
You need to be hardworking and committed to building a career in sales/recruitment. Whilst being successful and earning well is the key this business and its people are also honest and ethical and they treat their clients and candidates well. They are looking to hire people who like working in a team so they can support their colleagues and help them be successful too!
The role comes with a competitive basic salary, excellent commission scheme, lots of training and development, support and a fun culture. Based in Enfield town centre in lovely offices with parking. The team works 4 days in the office and 1 from home but you will be in the office full time for training.
This is a trainee role offering fast progression and an opportunity to make uncapped bonus. Ideal experience would be a background in sales or a customer facing role such as hospitality or customer services.

Salary: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
