Job description

Full time Office Assistant/Office Junior required for Financial Services Company. Ranked as one of the Top 100 Financial Advisers in the country with the FT Adviser Top 100 in 2020, 2021 & 2022.

We are looking for someone to join our friendly team, the ideal candidate should;

• Be enthusiastic with a good work ethic
• Able to work under pressure as part of a small team and also under own initiative
• Possess a good understanding of Microsoft Suite
• Have strong organisational skills, with the ability to multi task
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Be accurate, proficient, numerate and have strong attention to detail
• Understand the necessity for confidentiality
• Be punctual

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Dealing with incoming post (scanning and documenting)
• Dealing with outgoing post (completion of letters, printing in final copy, getting signed and sent)
• Filing, Scanning and Archiving
• Assisting with the preparation of client files
• Making outgoing calls to insurance companies to obtain client valuations and information when required (from time to time)
• And other ad hoc duties as and when required.

Immediate Start Available

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £10.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Colchester, CO7 7RS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
