We're looking to expand our existing Tax team and have an opportunity for two ambitious individuals to join us starting ASAP. You will take part in our structured training academy where you will learn how to become a successful recruiter, so no previous Tax or Recruitment experience is necessary!

All of our Associate Recruitment Consultants start with us without any previous recruitment experience and develop their careers with us through our tailored training academy.
As part of 94 GROUP we have two sister brands; 94 TECH & 94 LEGAL all based in our flagship office in the City of London.
Over the next 3 years we will be scaling the business from 50 to 250+ heads whilst opening our first international office in New York this summer!
What will you be doing?
You will learn how to identify and build relationships with potential clients in the Tax space and headhunt the very best professionals on the market for their live vacancies. You will learn how to negotiate terms, take detailed job descriptions and add value to your clients hiring process by sharing market knowledge with them.
What are we looking for?
- Degree educated to a 2.2 or above from a top 50 university
- Previous work experience within a customer facing role.
Recruitment is a sales role, so you must be naturally driven, organised and have great communication skills.
