Trainee Recruitment Consultant - The Package:

• Minimum £38,000 take home in Year 1
• Minimum £100,000 within 3/4 years
• March Start
• Free gym membership

Realistic OTE in Year 1: £45,000
Basic salary: £24,000
Commission: up to 40% of billings.

• Ability to demonstrate where you have achieved high success (e.g. Sports - Triathlons, Marathons, 1st Team's @ Uni /Music - grade 3+ ect)
• A recent graduate OR strong commercial experience
