Package details

• Salary: £20,000 to £32,000
• Car Allowance

Working hours

• 41 hours per week
• 08:00 to 17:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 to 16:00 Fridays, with a 1-hour unpaid break each day.

Place of work

Experience required

• Demonstrate an interest in construction processes and building methods

Desirables

• A-Levels, BTEC or HNC in construction (or the equivalent)
• Some knowledge in private residential building contracting

Geographical location of candidates

• Within 45 minutes commute to Chichester

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chichester, West Sussex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:
