We are currently actively seeking Trainee/Graduate Quantity Surveyor who is looking to take the next step.

Responsibilities: As a trainee Qauntiy Surveyor With guidance and support from a roaming Senior Quantity Surveyor your responsibilities will include;
- Assisting in preparing tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates
- Performing take-offs from technical drawings and producing precise quantity surveys
- Supporting in evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations and proposals
- Assisting in preparing project cost reports and cash flow forecasts
- Supporting the Quantity Surveyor in administering contracts, including issuing instructions and variations, preparing payment certificates, and managing claims
- Collaborating with other departments, including design, procurement, and construction, to ensure project information is current and accurate.
Qualifications and Experience: The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- GCSE including English and maths and/BTEC
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A passion for mechanical and electrical engineering projects
- Highly organised
- enthusiasm, drive and professionalism in representing our client with clients and contractors
