The Gloucestershire Mental Health Intermediate Care Service is a County wide Service that incorporates the NHS Talking Therapies service and the Primary Care mental health nursing team. It is made up of 4 clinical teams situated across Gloucestershire, with a number of satellite bases. We employ over 100 therapists and are passionate about improving access to psychological therapies. We pride ourselves on our clinical model that focuses on delivering high quality care that consistently exceeds the IAPT recovery standard. Each MHICT team includes a Clinical lead, Team manager, Psychological Therapists, Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner and Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners, working alongside Primary Care Mental Health nurses. If successfully shortlisted, you will be invited to an interview W/C 27/11/23 . This will be a video-based interview with the Service. Preferred candidates will then be required to attend a further video-based interview with the University of Exeter on the 18th December 2023. You must be in a position to commence the PWP training course in Exeter on MARCH 12th 2024, once you have completed our recruitment process, including corporate induction on February 26th 2024.
